INDIANA JAZZ COVID19 COMPANY STATEMENT

At Indiana Jazz, the health, safety and well-being of every employee and client is our priority.

Throughout this coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, due to the nature of our work we have taken practical steps, and implemented robust measures, to ensure the welfare of our employees, residential and commercial clients. We developed, implemented and stringently monitor these in line with the government, public health and industry guidance.

Most of our contracts are operational, particularly those which are classified as of national significance, such as in the healthcare sector.

Indiana Jazz recognises that this is a particularly challenging time for the workers who continue to deliver these vital services. We are doing everything in our power to enhance the safety of our teams and clients and to mitigate the risk of infection.

All our employees are rigorously adhering to social distancing regulations. Daily briefings are being conducted to highlight, and reinforce, safe working procedures at our clients’ sites. COVID19 Risk Assessment procedure is available upon request to all existing and potential clients.

Our staff carry their own PPE and high grade of anti-bacterial products. They are daily checked for any symptoms associated with COVID19, to include taking of their temperature each day prior to taking assignments.

Indiana Jazz is monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will implement any necessary changes based on the advice provided by the government, public health agencies and industry bodies.
