It is cheap and harmless as it is designed for use on babies’ skin – and you will be amazed how effective it can be in cleaning!
- A little baby oil will remove marks from stainless steel and will give a perfect, shiny, even finish. To get there, spread a little baby oil evenly over whole stainless steel surface to get using two pieces of kitchen roll or an old cotton rag. You can use old T-shirt cut into pieces. These rags are also great for buffing windows after cleaning to remove streaks and residue.
- WD40 is quite expensive in comparison with baby oil. A generous amount of baby oil on a cloth will silence squeaky door and bed hinges, lubricate key holes and release stuck zips without leaving a nasty stain or odour.
- Baby oil is excellent for removing chewing gum stuck to your hair, clothes or any surface. Simply drench it with baby oil and leave for a few minutes. You’ll be able to wipe or comb away the gum very easily.
